It's not about how many fat grams you should or shouldn't eat, it's how many CALORIES you should or shouldn't eat.

Of course you need to have a balanced diet with a healthy ratio of fat/carbs/protein.

It's the overall calories that'll do it for you, but...

You should aim at 30% or fewer of your calories coming from fat. Each fat gram has 9 calories (protien and carb grams cost 4 calories each) so you can see that fat costs twice as much calorie wise. Anyway, if you have a 2000 calorie diet, you want your fat grams to be less than 60 total grams of fat. 60 grams is 30% of 2000.

I would just stay with my natural diet and try to improve strength and muscle tone. My ex-Wife weighed has the same stats and physically i thought she was perfect. You may have a little pudge, but that is a lot sexier than you with a six-pack.
