i have a friend who i really like. i asked her out a year ago but she said no. since then we have grown very close. i dont think asking her out is a good idea cuz were both in college and dont wanna be tied down to someone. i wanna become friends with benfits with her. how do i go about doing this

Well first you have to realize if shes even that kind of girl. Some girls hate this idea some love it. But if she was a kind of girl who would have sex with no relationship then 1.) shes already doing it with someone else and doesnt wanna hurt your feelings cuz she knows you like her 2.) Shes shy and is afraid of rejection the same way your scared of rejection cuz your scared to confront her about it. If this is a girl where you and her are very open to each other about things i would ask her in a nice way... Not "hey wanna be fuckuddies?"...

you don't. thats horrible. it means you want a fuckbuddy, but not a relationship.
you either want a relationship, or you want friendship, but if you just want her for sexual pleasure, then you need to be smacked.
