a couple months ago, after the prom, me and some of my friends (2 girls and 4 guys) threw a little prom afterparty. We were watching this really boring movie and i commented on its stupidity.

My friend ( a guy) tried to kick me from across the couch. he still had his prom dress sock s on. i grabbed his legs when he tried to kick me, pulled off his socks, and tickled the soles of his barefeet. He fell back laughing so hard that another one of my friends had to stuff one of his dress socks in his mouth. The gag muffled his laugh, and when he stopped laughing he put his socks back on, and called me a series of rude names, including queer. I don't know what to do, why is he so mad, i was only messing around. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that his feet stunk really bad when i pulled off his socks. please what should do, and how should i appoligize, because he still wont speak to me.

He is totally embarrased by you touching him intimately. As a man you know guys are not touchy feely and you came into his personal space.
He probably doesn't care that he feet smell, most guys don't..
He is worried about what his friends are thinking.. he needs to cool off a bit.
You will waste your time trying to reconcile now.
It makes me wonder about his sexuality.....

You're probably right about why he got so mad... Out of embarrassment, he lashed out at you instead of just owning up to his own flaws. Could also be that he's a homophobe: they tend to think every guy is coming on to them in some way.

If you ask me, the one he should be mad at is the friend who stuffed the stinky sock in his mouth! You can apologize for upsetting him, but if he won't speak to you over this little thing then my guess is that he'll find some other reason to get mad at you. Again, and again, and again. Maybe it's time to find some new, less sensitive, friends.

Simple. You embarrassed him. Not only did his feet smell when you took off his socks, but you made him look like an idiot when he got his feet tickled. Im sure it was no big deal to anybody, but it was to him.
You can apologize all you want, but the damage is done. hes making a mountain out of a molehill but that doesnt matter. Say you are sorry and if he doesnt let it go, then you let it go.

Now let me get this straight... Your friend was actually wearing socks with his prom dress (you said he still had his prom dress socks on) ... and he called YOU queer?

It's really pathetic that he should become so upset about something so silly. If I were you I'd just ignore him you said there six of you so the others all witnessed it and they aren't thinking your queer. He's just being an idiot... let him be. If he were a really good friend he wouldn't have acted that way.

He's a homophob!! Whatever!!!! .........guys like this are more gay than a gay guy! If he is so worried about you messing with his feet perhaps he got more joy from it than he wants to admit. If he was REALLY your friend he would not be acting like such a stupid ****! Hang out with guys who dont have ridiculous hang ups and dont mind if you mess with their feet LOL

Best of luck sweety but dont sweat the small stuff :)

He probably has a problem with his insecurity. Most of the guys that I know, who make homosexual comments, have some sort of insecurity. Try explaining to him that you didn't mean anything by it , and if he still gets upset, tell him to stop being so insecure and trying to act macho and just accept your appology.

Not only is tickling another guy's feet gay. whining about it now in a public forum is suspect as well. it is not ok for a guy to tickle another guy unless it's his son. who's age 10 or younger.

Leave him alone - either he will get over it or not - you are acting like a huge homoe trying to get him to forgive you. Real men just pretend stuff hasn't happened.
