Eat right and exercise. There is NO miracle way to losing weight. You NEED motivation to workout, I assumed your wedding day would have been enough motivation, but aparently not. Quit eating at restaraunts, pack a healthy meal. Eat 5-6 times a day (small meals) to boost your metabolism. You have not had a period because you are overweight and that is putting stress on your body.

There are plenty of at home exercises you could do, but you already say you won't do them.

GET MOTIVATED. Take care of yourself!

Gastric bypass won't take away any "psycological issues" you may have that is causing your obesity in the first place.

Good Luck!

Two Red Bulls A day!

Don't try to loose weight..work on toning up. You can loose up too one or two dress sizes by just toning.
Get some hand weights..it can be done sitting or laying on the floor while watching tv. Its easier than you think.

You can see a difference within a week.

Check out www.oxygen magazine.come

Its a health magazine but they are all alot about toning.

This is good too if you like avacados.

Low Carb Toritialls, Avacado slices, Sprouts, Diced Tomatoes and Soy Bacon Strips. Its so good and healthy for you.

Raise bran breakfest, avacado wrap for lunch, chicken and rice for dinner, a gallon of water a day!

Good Luck

Again, everyone wants the weight to just magically come off but they don't have any motivation, ambition. Then, I say, you really don't want to lose weight. You probably figure you have plenty of time...April is 6 months away. If you are home most of the time, you have no excuse why you can't exercise.

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

Stop eating out, walk as much as you can, and this can be done by parking as far away from places such as post office, malls, grocery stores. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Once you start to loose weight you will be motivation to exercise, even if it is a little at a time. Good luck
