i am a 15 year old boy teen who has black curly hair. i wear it like as it is, just wondering if people would think it would look better if it looked better if i wore it down so it looks better. aany help please.

All depends on what suits you. My dark curly haired 17 year old has his cut short and sprays it into little spikes on top. Recently he started going out with a hairdresser and she dyed the spikes on top red, it's not bright because he is so dark it sort of looks chestnut in the sun.
But long dark locks can look good - the latin look - certainly gets the girls. Unfortunately when my son grew his for a 70's show he was in it sort of grew outwards rather than downwards even though his hair has large curls. It was sort of cute rather than sexy.

Wear it how you want but may i suggest investing in a hair serum or something? Frizz-ease it always a winner BUT my mum has curly hair and swears by Coconut oil (you can get it in the body shop etc) which IS amazing. It will just help maintain its healthiness and keep it more manageable!

My boyfriend has curly hair. He hates it and shaves it really short, but I love when it's a bit longer and goes into a mop of curls.
You could always experiment with straighteners. You get loads of ones that have realy small plates, especially for guys.

If you are happy with your curls where it down - will look cool. Otherwise you could get it cut really short.

I would suggest asking people, possibly your mates, if they have any views on this. it is obviously your decision, but if it looks crap, i would change the style. you could ask your partner if you have one!
