i have went to my lanlords several times and they have not done nothing and they want to just fumigate my apartment but yet not the whole building and the roaches live in the whole complex plus the seal on my refrigetrater is not on there so therefore the roaches easily get into my refrigerator and spoil my food so what should i do

If funds will stand it, I vote to alter. If money tight on the 2d, i might say restore and start up saving, because of the fact there is not any telling how quickly you will settle directly to wish yet another. home equipment (american ones, besides) are made those days as disposable products. was a refrigerator might run, on common 19 years. no longer so effective that's the case now.

Buy a portable refrigerator, they run between 75 to two hundred bucks and put that old refer outside. How could you imagine that any refrigerator could work without the rubber gasket?

Call the housing authority. This is illegal. Period. But until they come to investigate...buy some of those sticky traps they walk on, get stuck to and die. My daughter had to do that in PHX for scorpions coming in her home...
Neither are very nice, but be thankful they are only roaches...scorpions sting bad...

If they won't fix or replace your roaches, then you go ahead and do it and deduct it from your rent. Why you would want this done is beyond me though.

I have been in the same situation. the health department will not help you take pictures and them take him to small claims court. Because there is such a thing as landlord, tenant laws. im me and we can talk about it or email me itsjustme4685@yahoo.com

clean your refrigerator with clorox and water then put roach motels under your refrigerator you get this the dollar store

Tell them that if they want to rent out places they need to read the lws about it. Tell them that if they dont take care of it then thats fine but you can sue the crap out of them.
