Could be arthritis. I got it in most of my joints and when it is wet or cold sometimes I cannot get out of my chair without help. If it is that and really bad there are painkilling injections that help but you have to have these every 6 months. A small price to pay for pain relief though.

I gues it is arthritis.......Osteoarthritis. You need to be careful not to have too much acidity in your food. keep exercising after taking pain killers. Usually an anti-inflammatory drug is prescribed.do not sit for too log, get up and walk around if at all possible every hour or so. I myself attend a gentle Yoga Class in order to keep my joints moving. Don't use it, you loose it, is the good old saying. Good Luck.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which started when I was 24, my joints are stiffer when the weather is damp or in the summer when it is humid. Try and keep warm and mobile or your joints will lock.
Hope they get better soon.

Have you been tested for arthritis. How old are you, could be to do with growth spurts or excessive sports. When they hurt try raising your legs and putting an ice pack on as probably inflamed. Remember to put a cloth between you skin and ice pack.
