She say's to do heart opening exercises and this "Big Thing in the Cosmos" starts at 12:17 Eastern Time (USA) and lasts for 38 hours.
I was groggy from meditation ... and this is all I retained. Anyone know what's she's talking about? I'm thinking it's spiritul ... dunno.

It's probably a bunch of crap. I did notice that I was thinking extra clearly today, but not a million times more, as the article says.
