when i get up in the morning my nose is always red. i dont have a cold or anything and im not sick, it just gets red so easy... does anyone know what i can do to relieve the redness... and it is sore too...

like i said... i am not sick..
and i dont have any animals in my house and sometimes my nose starts to peel. but, by about the time i get to school it isn't red anymore... weird...

Maybe a dust mite allergy or do you have a cat that sleeps on your pillows?
Dust mites can live in your mattress and pillows. They're attracted to moisture (from sweat, damp hair, etc) and they eat dead skin cells everyone loses all the time. The mites then excrete -- crap -- and the crap's what makes people itch and sneeze and get irritated.
If you think it's a cat, cover your pillows with a bedspread and then a large towel every single morning when you get up, or change your pillowcase every morning when you get up, then cover it with a bedspread and towel.
If you think it's dust mites, get a new pillow or wash the old one in hot water with detergent (but it may not come out well -- it could ruin the pillow). Or you could get a cover for your pillow that goes on under the pillowcase that should block the dust mites getting in there.
Or vacuum your mattress and pillows or even try steam cleaning your mattress.
Or you could try an antihistamine. If the antihistamine works, you know it's an allergy. If it doesn't work, then you'll have to see if you have a long-lasting mild cold or who knows what else.

Hi red nose person, well the only thing I can gues is that you have allergies.
you need to use neosporin at bed time and turn on the humidifier. maybe
the air in your home is too dry making your nose sore or may be you need to say by-bye to muffy, your kitty cat. hope I was any helpfull to you. babybee150.

Uhmm..Mayb u sleep on ur belly with your face in the pillow..And u could possibly be rubbin ur nose to the pillow and causin a rash!If thats if sleep on ur back :)
