Take some aspirin. Seek medical help from a specialist. If a few seconds of improper eye care has affected you to that extreme, you have some serious issues to resolve.

Sounds like they really strained your eyes. You should have felt better the next day, though it is possible that peeping through those lenses caused you to get a migraine. Take some tylenol or some advil and try to get some good sleep. If you're not better by tomorrow, you might consider giving your doctor a call.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Wearing someone else's glasses briefly might make you feel funny very briefly but will not give you lasting head or eye problems. Perhaps you are worrying about it and that is giving you the pain. If you continue to have head and eye aches that are untreatable, see your doctor as you may have another problem.

Take a pain killer. Don't put them on again. I doubt if the glasses caused your headache. If it persists, then seek medical help.
