The only way to guarantee that you won't get pregnant (or STD's) is to remain abstinent (no sex or a virgin in your case). And, considering he's already making a promise he can not fully control in more ways than one, it isn't likely that he will be able to control himself in time to "pull out." FYI, that's a line guys give all the time, then they have all sorts of excuses as to why they didn't. If you're not ready, don't do it. All you need to know about sex is not to until you are a lot older and I dont mean months.... I mean years. You are so young and shouldnt be worrying about having sex until you know you are ready and for you to be asking this question, you shouldnt be having sex.
You can get pregnant without the boy , as yous say bust inside you. All it takes is for him to insert and you can get pregnant by what is called pre-ejaculation. Its leakage from the male body and is active sperm which causes pregnancy.

Be careful, if you are asking these kinds of questions you probably aren't ready yet. Seminal fluid can leak out before your boy friend "comes" which can definitely get you pregnant. You need to be responsible and make sure that he wears a condom or you are on birth control before you have sex.
