You need to think about that 3 years from now, when you won't get in trouble...
When it's legal... You should wear your hair about shoulder length, use plenty of conditioner to keep it soft and silky... Nails can be French manicured or just clear polished to start out...
Clothing should not be too revealing such as a nice inviting dress... One that says, "Sexy (not slutty)... " heels, and maybe a bracelet, watch, small earrings(long hair remember)... Light make up, accentuating your best features while minimalizing your features that make you self conscious...
Remember it is what you "can't" have that attracts men more than the "come and get me I'm ready for any guy" looks...
That of course does not apply to dirty old men with money...

Look clean and smell like something edible. Being in good shape also helps, men love bodies, preferably without clothes so forget wasting money on a new wardrobe.

Just don't dress like a tomboy - and since your 15 - not too sexy either. Don't try to look older than you are, take my advice on that.
