Has anyone ever lived or worked in Jersey, Channel Islands? I've been there several times & fancy working there for a year or so (nursing probably) Anyone done it or got any advice?

I spent 9 months there in 1989, as a news agent.

Advise?

It's an Island, they use outsiders.

Enjoy the place, it's beautiful, but don't get too close to the residents.

There are also some great pubs.

Have fun sweetheart, I did.

You can look for jobs at http://www.jerseyinsight.com.
I have visited Jersey a number of times and have friends who live there. The problem is the cost of living. Accommodation costs a fortune. Check out what it is going to cost and compare it to what you can earn.
