I would be. It's not deadly since it's been 3 days, but it could be infected or could cause problems with your arms/muscles. Seek a doctor A.S.A.P

Apparently they are not considered poisonous but any venomous bite can cause a reaction or even anaphylaxis. They are called wolf spiders as they hunt in packs (but only other insects) so if they are not bothering you leave them alone. Spiders get a bad press but personally I don't like anything that has more the twice the number of legs that I have however they do perform a necessary task keeping insect numbers down.

While most spider bites are essentially harmless...if you live in America then there are two that are pretty bad. One being the black widow(having an red hourglass shape on it's "belly") which is a web spinner and you would probably know if that was the one that bit you. The other, the Brown Recluse...which likes to hide in dark places can also give a nasty bite. If the bite looks sketchy, then it would benefit you to get it checked out...the recluse bite causes necrosis...which is the death of tissues...very nasty to say the least.

To be brief, yes you should be concerned and should check this out with your physician. Some spider bites can cause localized cell death, and that can lead to gangrene. This is not a joke. Take this bite seriously.
If you want to see an extreme example of this, although you are probably not the victim of a Brown Recluse spider bite, you can search online for victims of the Brown Recluse. If that doesnt hurry you down to your doctor, I dont know what will!!!!

I believe that if you had been bit by a really dangerous spider, you would be in much more trouble after 3 days. However, I am no spider professional, neither a doctor, so if it really does not feel good, I would seek a professional's opinion.
If you remember how the spider looked like it would help too.

If you see red streaks you need to go to the doctor. If it's a brown recluse bite, infection will form below the skin, then burst leaving a huge hole. You need high powered antibiotics to kick the infection.

if it gets worse go to the hospital and get a injection of anti-venom anti-venom is where ok suppose you got bitten bye a black widow (hopefully you didnt) they get all the POISOUNOUS =(yeah i dont really know how to spell that) VENOM out of it and send it to a preperation spider farm right ok, they inject the venom into a animal like a cow or something, the cow has anti-bodies that fight and mix with the venom which makes it anti-venom, so they give you that anti-venom and everything goes away within 30 minutes! call a doctor or something just in case *good luck*

If you think circulation is impaired in any way, I would not hesitate to see a doctor. For immediate relief, apply ice to the "bump", take a benedryl 25mg and call for an early appointment.

If it was a Brown Recluse, I would be. Additionally, you should have already visited a Doctor. Some poisons will slowly destroy your nuerological patterns or worse. If it goes untreated it may take weeks before it kicks in, but by then it will be to late. See your Doctor.

you need to go to a doctor immediately...you could be allergic
if the bite is red and hot to the touch, it is infected
if it has "runners" (red lines traveling out from around the bite) then you might end up with a blood poisoning
