Where does it say God dislikes the pig? God sanctified the Jewish people. Sanctified mens to separate. By commanding the Jews not to eat pig, it forced a separation between the Jews and the other nations. Muslims, for their part, simply copied the Jewish tradition in part.

God doesn't dislike pigs. He dislikes the consumption of pigs. There's a BIG difference!!!! Pork is not at all healthy for you! Apart from pigs being dirty; they eat any and everything, including there own feces and other dead pigs, they practice incest and homosexuality and they're just overall unclean animals. Christianity also prohibits the consumption of pork. It says so in the Bible. Thats why the 'stricter' Christians don't eat pork. Its not just Jews and Muslims, Christians aren't supposed to eat it either!! So before you go trying to spread around hate, do us all a favor and GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!!!!!

You need to do a little Bible study and you would find your answer. I can not speak for the muslims. The reason God forbade the Jews to eat pigs was simple at that time pigs were a very unclean and often disease ridden including parasites. Many would have become ill or even died if they would have been eaten in large numbers. Also it was a Law of God and the Jews strove to obey the Law of God without asking silly questions.

nowhere in the quran was there any mention that God dislikes pigs.Muslims and jews, and seventh day adventist christians don't eat pork or pig products because the harm to the human body is greater than the good when it is consumed.
some justify that it is not what a man eats that makes him unclean but what comes out of his mouth. Ok. try swallowing a drop of poison or cyanide. If you live, i'll leave islam.

God not allowing Jews to eat pigs does not mean they are bad or he dislikes them. Dieters do not hate sugary foods, in fact quite the opposite, yet they do not eat them. Jews can not eat pigs because it is not good for them. The physical nature of a pig does not earn it a great reputation. Your mother does not call you a pig when you are neat and organized. This low and careless nature of it is possibly a reflection if its low spiritual status thus would be improper to be consumed by someone whose goals are to ascend in spirituality.

I'm not a Muslim or a Jew, but I don't think that they believe that god dislikes pigs. They just believe that he told them not to eat them.

God also created cyanide. Obviously for something other than consuming.

Do you have any proof that God hates pigs??!! Just because we can't eat them doesn't mean he hates it! If that was the case, then he would never have created ****, or people like YOU!

I can't really answer this adequately, as I do not find anywhere that scripture claims that Gos dislikes pigs.
