Then you don't want to lose the weight. If you have no ambition or motivation, how are you going to do it? You can't. You want the weight to come off in 2 months, but you don't want to do anything to make that happen.

There is no good way to lose that much weight quickly without consequences....one of which is regaining your weight back again which is pointless.
If you lose more than 3 lbs of "fat" weight / week your losing water weight or muscle weight.
First know it is going to take time, accept this fact and allow yourself to make the time.
Second, committment and support from others would help you to stick to the plan.
Third, forget willpower, set goals instead. Willpower gets u thru the moment but following SET goals will help you stay on task.
Finally, know the reasons why you want to lose weight and keep those handy to review when you lose your motivation or ambition. Knowing why this is so important to you to do the right way and be sure your being accountable to someone so you don't let yourself off the hook anytime soon.
You set your mind to it, you can do anything!!

15 kilos is over 30 lbs.
So at slowest you want to lose more than half a pound a day. Most experts actually recommend roughly a pound or two per week.
Your youthful impatience has pointed to a dangerous goal.
Not only do you want to drop the weight rapidly, you are concentrating on simply the weight and not a healthy BMI.

I have been known to tell people to cut their legs off, because it is the quickest way to "lose weight". When they recoil and say they actually care about the quality of weight they lose, that's when the goal is taken seriously and realistically, and I give them real-world pointers.

I need not remind you (but I will --wink!) of celebrity Margaret Cho's tremendous weight loss project of several years ago to keep her sitcom, which resulted in her kidney failure and landing in the hospital.

Please reconsider the reasons you have for giving yourself this goal. Extend the deadline or readjust the weight loss to something less dangerous.

In the meantime, eat something healthy today, and enjoy your loved ones.

You have to be smart with what you eat. Try cooking meals yourself, and limit the portions. When you have a meal for 3 sitting in front of you, it's natural to eat lots. When you cook for just yourself, give yourself a helping of rice, some veggies, and such. Given some time, you won't even feel the need to eat lots :)

Good luck!

P.S. Liposuction is not the answer. It's a shortcut, and if you don't eat healthy after, you'll just gain that weight right back.

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

lots of wall sits, crunches, and denise austin tapes!
if you say something like, every 3 pounds i lose, i go see that movie or *fill in something you want to do here*, it really helps. also, if you go to a resturant, get half sizes, and for dessert, get fruit or only take a tiny bit.
hope it helps!!!
