Centrum will not harm you unless you have some underlying health problems. Centrum is actually not as strong in certain aspects as some other vitamins. Consult your family doctor and ask him what he recommends. I personally take a 400 IU Vitamin E and 1000 mg Vitamin C every morning along with calcium.

Yes, at 17 years of age, it would be okay to take adult vitamins. Children are more at risk for iron and vitamin A toxicity with adult vitamins, but you are a bit big to worry about that.

If you are pregnant or nursing a baby it's some how to consult your health provider under his/her supervision.Long term of intake may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmebopause female.As an17 years you can take it but always read the label and possible side effect of the products,cause it's available as counter medications vitamin.

i'm not a doctor but me and my husband have been taking vitamins since we were in out twenty's. a multivitamin
