I was wondering at what temperature do you cook pork chops in the oven and how long. They do have bones.

350 degrees for about 30 to 90 minutes depending on the thickness!

You could just as easily fry or pan sear these in a little oil. As you might already pork chops have some fat in them. So as you heat and fry it'll add to oil in pan. I think they taste better. If cook in oven don't overcook and dry them out. 20 minutes tops. You kitchen will be filled with aroma of cooked pork. Your mouth is watering.this is a good indicator if doneness

some pork chops have bones some don't,, I usually cook them at about 375- 400 for about 30 mins to an hour, until they are well done,, when you poke a hole in the top no blood will seep out.

I buy bone end chops. salt and pepper them. Dip them in flour,then
dip them in egg batter and then dip them in crushed saltines. Then I put
them in an oiled black frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
I remove them from the black iron pan,wipe off the oil put the chops back in the black iron pan in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.

Wow look at all those wrong answers. You will have burnt pork chops if you cook for 2 hours or on 400
Cook them on 350 for a hour. It doesn't take much for them to get done. Keep checking them.

30-45 min should do it..... the time will vary on thickness and whether they're boned or not

I usually go for about and hour on 350 if they are normal thickness. Just make sure there is no pink in center before you pull them out.
