Cook the breast at 350 with skin and bone, for boneless and skinless, cook at 375-400.

Moniter the internal temperature with a probe thermometor. All bacteria is killed off at 137 F, but to get it to well done and fully cooked, 165 F. For larger pieces, you can take it out 5-8 degrees short of the desired temperature, and allow the heat to 'carry over' the cooking of the chicken.

I usually cook at 375, and it depends on the size of the chicken for how long. I think the temperature the chicken has to reach on the inside is 165 if you can check with cooking thermometer before serving.

I cook chicken breast (and all poultry) at 325 degrees. When you stick a fork in the chicken and if no juice comes out, it's done. One would have to know how many chicken breast you were cooking to tell you approximately how long to cook them.

I believe chicken should have an internal temp of 180 degrees F.

How it gets to 180 is your choice.

As long as it has an internal temp of 165 degrees for 15 seconds all the bacteria will be killed off.
