i dumped my boyfriend of 4 years becuz he cheated on me but i also cheated in the past but i did i cuz he did it but this new guy has came in the oicture who isnt that cute but asked me to be his gf but my ex want me back to.... any advise

He cheated on you- why are you even debating this? So this new guy isnt so cute? Obviously that matters more than what your ex thought of you when he hooked up with another girl.
