This would be placed directly on new subfloor with the old flooring having already been removed and all prep work having been done. The floor is clean and ready to install with me buying the flooring from another vendor. It is made to look like wood flooring, if that matters. I also have the padding that goes under it.

It would depend on the size of the job.
Probably somewhere between $200-300 for a 1 day job
the snap down kind you could easily do on your own, you've already done the hard work of removing the old floor.

£10 per sqr metre is the going rate at present for domestic installation with no prep work needed, and that should cover installing doortrims and beading.
