you cant be scared i am having the same problem too but no notes and i cant tell him that i like him well start by saying hi everyday then start talking then when time goes by start getting hotter trust me i am going through the same thing right now but things are already hot

Well did you talk to her BEFORE you wrote the letter? I suspect not, so no harm, no foul. If you were friends before, then you need to try to gut it up and talk to her.
For her not to respond in some way is very rude so I wouldn't lose too much sleep over her.

Omg, the biggest mistake ever! When I was younger I did the same thing stupid stupid stupid! It is the most embarrassing memory and I could not even walk near the person ever again. Im glad they didnt do anything....although I do hope that the girl likes you back - maybe shes just scared or shy.
