how do you enter letters on the phone?

trying to call a number with letters but do not know how to enter the letters zar on the phone

the letters are on the keys

1 none
2 ABC
3 DEF
4 GHI
5 JKL
6 MNO
7 PQRS
8 TUV
9 WXYZ
0 none

There are letters on each of the buttons 2 through 9.
ABC are on the 2 button. If you wanted to enter a B, you'd press the 2 button twice. To enter an A, press the 2 button once.
MNO are on the 6 button. If you wanted to enter an O, you'd press the 6 button three times. To enter an N, press the 6 button twice.

just what ever the number is than the letter should be placed on the keys. Example.#3 would be def but you would press it 3 times because there's 3 letter there you would just press one time!!!

you cant type in letters
