They have heard of Jesus, the Bible, etc. They became happier and freer after they left religion. Life is much simpler, more logical and consistent.

Ah what a bunch of sorry christians we make if we keep on judging one another. Just listen to Jesus' teachings love one another, pray for one another it isn't that difficult to love and teach those who seek the truth, nothing is ever simple in life they are just fooling themselves, for it is simpler not to care about anyone but yourself or numero uno, where is the logic and consistancy if there is nothing after death then why live at all.

It's impossible because if their life is so much happier and freer or logical and such then they wouldn't present themselves in this section immoral and angry 24/7 obsessively fixated on religion and its followers. How free and simple is that?

IMO,Something is very wrong with you and them!

Shalom

I wasn't. I have come to the conclusion that I was indoctrinated into neither atheism nor theism, and atheism is simply my natural state. I am a very happy person, and my life is reasonably simple, logical, and consistent.

Satan is working hard because of his anger and can even cause the Holy ones to fall, if life is easier for you it is because Satan already has you, he'll keep you comfortable until your destruction, why should he keep you under trial and persecution when he already has you in his grip. You think Satan is a fool, he's had thousands of years to practice to get it just right to bring you down and he knows what works best, he's not going into destruction alone you know, he has over 6 billion people going with him. You can say to me or call me anything you wish, that is NOT going to change the facts.

Well.....technically I should agree with you since you're on my "side."

But to be fair, I'd have to ask that you cite your sources. Has a study been done to determine this, or is it just what you've gathered from personal observation?

My own observations would tend to agree with you, though.

Most of those same people believed in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny at some point too.

Most? Even Buddists in China?

Again, up to your old tricks of making claims with no sources.

That simply isn't true. There are more atheists in former soviet union who had no religious up bringing than all the atheists in the US combined. Get a globe and find eastern Europe.

And I know many Christians who say that they used to be atheists (if you don't believe them, then why should we believe your statement?).

So, what is the point that you are trying to make? Several former atheists claim to be happier as Christians. What makes their experiences any less valid than yours?
