I ran for student council too and I lost, it mattered at first because you don't want to seem like a loser that nobody voted for, but you get over it eventually. Losing student council is not gonna be the end of the world, it takes time and then you'll get over the fact that you lost.

Do absolutely nothing, you'll be just fine. Don't worry about it. You can't win at something every single time in your life. Forget about that, and move on with your young life. If this is the worst thing that ever happens in your life, you've got it made! Really. At least you tried. Treat losing as a learning experience, instead of a failure, and you will succeed in life. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Ok?

hold your head up high, it takes guts to run for any thype of office and you shoudl feel proud that you ran even if you didn't do good.
