Do not and I must stress this DO NOT insert a meds into your nose,, the super absorbent nature of these little miracles will literally suck your brains out,, although you could probably get away with using a panty liner much like a Michael Jackson face mask

sounds like you have a full on case of hysteria
did you know that the term hysteria (coined by Sigmund Freud) actually means 'wandering uterus'?
So, perhaps your uterus has 'wandered' up to your sinus cavities (maybe it was bored).
