Let him sleep. Close off the front of his cubicle with shrink wrap and then fill it up with Styrofoam peanuts. Be sure to have someone film his reaction when he wakes up.

If he fell asleep accidentally and will get in major trouble if a supervisor catches him, then wake him up.
If he deliberately went to sleep, and/or won't get in big trouble, then let him sleep.
If you have a friendly relationship, put mildly embrassing props around him and take pictures so you can tease him later.

Let him sleep. Maybe with a power nap he'll be more productive than his coworkers playing on YA and making paper hats.

Hahahahahaha
If he's a friend/friendly co-worker wake him up. If not, let him sleep and suffer the consequences when he gets busted.

Oh what fun you could have.
Take that Sharpie Marker, and give him some fantastic art...
Draw a 'chalk outline' with masking tape (quietly please).
Lipstick kiss on his cheek.
Everyone quietly leave, and turn out the lights. hee hee.
