I think the point that the question asker is making is that we are ALWAYS being preached to about having tolerance for ISLAM. We realize that all muslims didn't commit the horrific acts of 9/11, but you can see why we as Americans are a little leary of them.

It is so ironic that people are so sympathetic to the muslims, yet when it somes to christianity or any other religion in OUR OWN country, there are so many haters.In a school district in Dallas (Richardson ISD) the muslim students were given a time and place to do their praying during school hours, yet the students of other faiths, were not given the same right. Why should the muslims have that right and not hindus, Christians, Buddhists etc? If they were to do that, it would be a "violation of the separation of church and state."

In fact, so many people claim that christians shove religion down their throats, but in my experience I don't find that to be the case. I find that the ones that squawk the loudest are the ones who pick and pick at people about their beliefs reagardless of what religion it is and when someone stands to defend their point of view with them they are accused of shoving religion down people's throats. There are a LOT of those on Yahoo! answers. I think those people should stop looking for a fight and be happy for a change. I feel we can all co-exist if we don't talk about politics or religion.

Know what? I'm Christian, and I'm tired of ppl ATTACKING Islam. Yes, I admit, some Muslims made, and are making, some major MAJOR mistakes. But stereotyping an entire group for the actions of some is not justifiable. I'm sure there are some Muslims out there who resent 9 11.
If you're Christian, think abt the witch trials both in America and England... we really blew it back then, didn't we? What's done is done. I'm not telling you or anyone else to move on, b/c for some I understand it's near impossible if they've been greatly affected by the results of some Muslims' actions... but the best thing we can do is pray for our enemies and stop attacking the innocent ones. I'm a White nationalist, which is about as far you can get from being a liberal. Although certain Muslims were involved in the plan to bring disaster to America on 11 September 2001, I don't believe that they were primary among the villains arrayed against us.

Sometimes more than one interest is served by a given event. Osama bin Laden hated Saddam Hussein and wanted his regime toppled. The Zionists wanted Iraq removed from the Middle East chess board, so that Israel would have one less rival for power in that region. US Oil exectives wanted to get Iraqi oil, preferably without having to pay for it themselves. And George Bush wanted to please both the Zionists and the oil executives, as well as a reputation for being a Great US War Chief.

When you consider the actual means deployable by Osama bin Laden's terrorist group, you realize how doubtful it is that he could manage everything that happened on 9/11 by himself. He had to have help. And politics does occasionally make for some very strange bedfellows.

So it is that I suspect the involvement of both the US government and the government of Israel, as well as some support from Islamic terrorists, in the attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center.

Truth: Islam has been waging war against the non-Islamic world since the days of Muhammed. It has only intensified as the numbers of muslims has increased. The very first war the newly independent United States undertook (after the revolution) was to destroy Islamic pirates in the Mediterranean who were attacking merchant shipping and taking crew members as slaves. Did anyone ever wonder why the Marine Corps hymn mentions the "Shores of Tripoli"? Tripoli is in modern day Libya, folks.
The war between Islam and the United States has been going on for over 200 years with battlefields in North Africa, the Philippines, and all over the Middle East.

Freedom of Speech. I believe in those words. Let it ring. One of my parents was Baptist and the other Catholic; it is a way of becoming open-minded. I get invited to go to church with others different from myself; doesn't bother me since I control my own world. I am strong. I started off this way being a child and if I become elderly, no one is going to take advantage of me; I am smart. There are bad people every where in every religion and race. It is annoying when those within that religion completely ignore that and claim their religion is Peace. It probably wouldn't be so bad if we heard more of them condemning what the Fanatics in their religion do, but we don't see that. (I've only ever seen ONE in here that claimed to hate al-queda and what they do) That's one out of how many in here? If they really wanted to be taken seriously they should be trying to clean up the public image of their religion by speaking out against those things that are Not Peaceful within their religion. Then, maybe (though I doubt it), they might get better attention from people outside of their religion.

7)Offer Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries $10 a barrel for their oil. If they don't like it, we go someplace else. They can go somewhere else to sell their production. (About a week of the wells filling up the storage sites would be enough.)
8)If there is a famine or other natural catastrophe in the world, we will not "interfere." They can pray to Allah or whomever, for seeds, rain, cement or whatever they need. Besides most of what we give them is stolen or given to the army. The people who need it most get very little, if anything.
9)Ship the UN Headquarters to an isolated island someplace. We don't need the spies and fair weather friends here. Besides, the building would make a good homeless shelter or lockup for illegal aliens.
10)All Americans must go to charm and beauty school. That way, no one can call us "Ugly Americans" any longer. The Language we speak is ENGLISH..learn it...or LEAVE...Now, isn't that a winner of a plan?
