The guy I've liked for a very long time asked me to a movie, and I agreed (obviously). Unfortunently, I am used to going to the movies in a group, and for now I want it to stay like that, so how do I tell him nicely if we can bring friends?

Rachel? This guy has probably known that you have liked him all along. Sometimes, they play on that fact, thinking you will probably do whatever he wants. If he is a nice guy, you stand your ground and take control of the scenario that is to take place. If he does anything that makes you uncomfortable, just be honest and outspoken. You tell him what his boundaries are. If he doesn't show interest in you after that, then, you didn't need him anyway. If he reviews his forward behavior later on, seeing as this whole phase of young lives is a learning experience, he may try again, with different results. You didn't say how old you are. That would really help in giving a decent answer. But anyway, good luck. If inviting friends makes you feel better, then by all means, do it. If he doesn't like it, then, he obviously doesn't respect you enough to respect what you want. There is nothing unreasonable with your wants, but there may be with his. Know what I mean? Good luck.

OK you like him but you're chicken to go alone with him, then just say no, cause if I was him and you asked if you could bring friends I would surmise that you weren't interested in me, therefore I would cancel you out.
