no u cant as they are explosives and if u get caught with them they take them away so awaste of money ...

I looked for French Bangers and found where people brought them back and shows in myspace and selling on ebay. I'd just get firecrackers, it looks like the same thing anyway. My best guess to your question is yes, bring them, but you could always call customs ahead of time to find out for sure. Also, they may only be allowed in baggage, not carry on.

You would have to check with customs. Food may not be allowed into the country you are entering. Mad cow disease changed a lot of rules. Check before you try or your food could be confiscated.
