when i do cardio work at the gym, after about 20 minutes I get numbness in all of my toes... do i need new shoes?

Numbness is caused due to some kind of nerve issue. Maybe your shoes are pressing on a nerve and that causes your toes to fall asleep

that would be a start. Next you could try to use different cardio machines that are lower impact like the elipticals. Moreover, be sure you warm up slowly. Don't just jump into your workout.

It's not bad or anything maybe you have the wrong type of shoe or have just grown out of them.

could be a pinched nerver some where. I use to get them in my hands cause of that

you have it sounds to me a circulation problem, I suspect you have a blockage near your heart. See a physician soon
