my sheridan who is doing so well at university says that it's okay. it's just a nice compliment. you'd probably make her day. it's not like you are planning to take things further are you?

You are a dirty old man. Just kidding, there is nothing wrong in looking you are not dead, but going any further is considered more than flirting, are you willing to be honest with your wife and tell her that you told this young woman she was gorgeous, if not you are being unfaithful in your mind and that is the same as doing it for real. Also if there is a great difference in age, the young woman may think of you as a perv so watch your step, if she is gorgeous she probably heard it enough already, and it really can get anoying.

Do you want her to see you as a charming father figure just complimenting a daugther? Or do you hope she'll have father issues and you can get lucky without having to take a risk? Or are you some pathetic loser that desperately wants approval and will even seek it from young girls since they don't threaten you like women your own age? What kind of loser even has such a question; just be a man and make up your own mind without coming here for approval from a bunch of strangers. You don't care about that girl, you only compliment her body and nothing else? Who are you fooling here? Why don't you just go back to the boobie bars you came from where the young girls are paid to put up with your pathetic advances and desperate search for meaning. Have a nice day.

gorgeous is a strong word for a married man, try something more humorous, for instance eye candy or something... then again you may just seem creepy. better off probably not to say anything, and then call the company she works for and tell them what a good job she did, she will appreciate that more in the long run.

In your situation, yes, it would be inappropriate. A married man shouldn't be flirting with a woman other than his wife.

You are stepping over a line there. I am married and someone told me that a month ago and I thought it was the worst line I ever heard. It is so shallow and superficial. I was disgusted by that guy! I was wearing my 3 carat diamond ring and you can see that puppy a long ways away! He was not god's gift to women, either!

It's inappropriate to flirt with her if you're currently in a business relationship/transaction ... not to mention married on top of that. It says something about you as far as your TACT levels, and there is not such thing as innocent flirting, it all means something.

If you just wanna complement her, sure but me careful. If your planning on cheating on your wife then don't. Something that really hurts a lot is when someone you love is unfaithful. I would recommended that you stay away from temptation and try not to give the wrong message.

Your already giving her the wrong idea about you by flirting. And yes it would be inappropriate considering you have a wedding band on your finger hello

Maybe if you reworded the compliment a bit, it would be fine. But, if you say that she's gorgous and you're merried, then you'd better find a pillow and a blanket and go sleep in the garage. As in other words, compliment her, but don't go overboard!:)
