No magners cider is made from a total of 17 varieties of apple which grown in the Magners Orchards in Clonmel and are used to make the famous Magners brand also from the Apple Growers in Northern Ireland. According to one list of cider apples there are over 70 varieties. The link shows a list of 57 varieties Divided into 4 categories according to taste. Along with standard apples. The apples we eat tend to be different to those that we use to make cider. So no we wont run out of apples due to cider making.

What!!?? Any true cider drinker wouldn't be found drinking Magners. Its all hype and this time next year everyone will be saying "do you remember Magners?"

No, Magners is made form tramps urine. Irish cider is rubbish you trendy fools! Get some Westons down you if your not willing to find a local producer, it takes better and it gets you plastered like cider should. 4.6%? Never! Give me 8.2%!

There are tons of apples in this country, that are made into cider. And now you can buy Fruit cider from sainsburys, it is gorgeous. And pear cider, by Brothers. So we should never run out.
