Oh, I can so-o help you on this one & I'm glad.
Before you run to the dr-like everyone is going to suggest, try the following:
Get some Epsom salts at your local pharmacy (about $2.50 a box/bag which is enough for a bunch of the following) A HOT bath--throw a couple of handfuls under the running water & soak for as long as you can stand it--a cool rag on the head/face will extend that time. And, baking soda will work too.
If you have a heating pad--put it on low-med & make it your best friend--sleep with it, put it in you easy chair, etc and move it around--At this point your whole body is starting to stiffen up & work harder to relieve the stress in your lower back.
Do stretches--carefully--& explore different positions to stretch in--sitting, standing;bending or flexing your pelvis back & forth or your hips left-right.
Get a massage , professional or from a special friend. And if all else fails see a chiropractor for adjument or MD/DO for stronger pain relief that OTC and muscle relaxers--but you won't have to go that far, I'm pretty sure You're gonna be ok.
Good luck with it. hope this helps.

Eat the world's best breakfast that after years of reading and studying nutrition and thinking aboiut health and nutrition from a non medical point of view and also reading and considering many of this form the medical point of view I ended up coming up with.
Eat for breakfast one cup uncooked Oatmeal (Use more or less according to your individual needs and likings. YOu will figure out whatthey are after trying htis for a while. ) it must be Old fashioned oatmeal. Any brand will do use the cheapest,. IF you can find a farmer who raises it and roles his own use that if not get it in the grocery store or a bulk food place. Just make sure that it says it should be cooked for ten or twenty minutes. Do not use instant or done in a minute oatmeal because it will be missing parts that help to make this diet work and nutrients that woudl make it help your trouble you are asking about.
You use a cup or half a cup of yoguart. ( HOw much oatmeal and yoguart you use will be up to you. After you get used to eating it you may want it wetter with more yogurt or drier with less. You are not going to kcook this oatmeal. You are mixing the yogurt with it to help make it possible to chew it and swallow it. It woudl be hard to eat the oatmeal with out the yogurt to make it slippery so it slides down you gulet more easily.
You get a large carrot. By large I mean the size they feed to a horse. You can either grate up the carrot or grind it up and mix it witht he yogurt and th oatmeal or you can eat the oatmeal and the carrot seperately.
WHen you gratethe carrot in to this slivers and mizx it with raisins and mayonaise you get raisin carrot salad. Well this is sort of like that except you use yogurt in the place of the mayonaise. IT is a wise thin g to never use mayonaise and to always use
You can also add raisins, honey, and anything else you like.
Then for kuch you eat a large raw vegetable and fresh fruit salad. vbery large. Stuf yourself with a variety of these thing. USe the juice form the fruit as the dressing and maybe squeezed lemon and som yogurt not anything else. 'EAt lots of it so you are satisfied.
do this for a few months straight and you will find the pain goes away if not your body wil be healthy to deal withwhatevermaay casue it. YO uwill lose weight without trying and you will feel tremendous after abouta week of this diet. Eat what ever you want for supper but after a week you will never feel hungry for super.

Stretching exercises - see if the web will show you the Williams flexion exercises.
For the pain, start eating 5 minute oatmeal (1/2 cup uncooked) about 3 times a week. If you are not eating tuna or salmon, have at least 1 salmon or 2 tuna meals a week. The chemicals in those foods can help raise your pain threshold (lower your pain).

see a chiropractor if you think you back is just out of adustment .......it could also be a bladder infection....sometimes the only symptom of a infection is low back pain. Take 800 mg of ibuprofen and drink lots of water.....see if it helps if it doesnt you may need to see a doctor....
