OMG it worked soo well with me. Basically, the Kellogs Diet is just another way to count your calories and pay attention to meal portions; if you do that anyway without the milk and cereal, you will lose weight.

This is the plan that worked for me, and so far I've lost 20 lbs, and kept it off for almost 2 years.

1.)Combine 1 cup of Kellogs Big K Strawberries, Original, Almond Vanilla, or Low-Carb Original with 1/2 cup of skim milk for 2 meals a day.

2.)Choose from fruits and veggies for snacks: like two 50-70 calorie snacks a day, like sliced apples or carrot sticks with low fat salad dressing.

3.) Mix up a green, colorful salad with half a cup of olive oil, a cup of red wine vinegar, and half a teaspoon of cumin. Or, make a clear, broth based soup for your last meal of the day (the 3rd.)

4.) Add some physical activity to your day; preferably 15 min of cardio like jogging, running, or power walking for 4 days a week.

Yes it worked, All Bran at start and end of day shifted the weight, but came back when I stopped. Trouble is I takes so long to eat, had to get up earlier just to eat it in time for work.

I did the raisin bran diet. DIDNT WORK but i think thats because I love raisin bran and when ever it is in the house i tend to eat it all in one day. That is eating nothing inbetween and eating it three times a day. MMM raisin bran. I pooped alot though.

I tried the 'drop a jean size' version - I could manage eating two bowls of cereal for bfast and lunch, but my skin went REALLY greasy/oily while I was on it - it was horrible!

No, that's for people who are really flaky. I don't mean to be corny, but special K one day and muesli the next? It's enough to make you want to snap, crackle and pop.... I heard it turns people in to cereal killers too....

To be honest I think it's a dangerous gimmick and cannot possibly be good for you. Did you know if adults have too much milk it can damage the kidneys?
