I've heard to use a cedar plank, but not any more info other that! Any good recipes out there?

wrap the fish in aluminum foil. Add some butter (real butter), mushrooms and your favourite veggies, a little salt and pepper.

sorry but I can't remember how long to cook it for but check once in a while. When the fish is white almost through, open the aluminum foil and leave it open for a couple of minutes to get the grill flavour.

If you put the fish directly on the grill, it's likely to end up all over the place :)

Yourlild, i imagine you requested before about a propane grill. I turn the grill on wipe it down, then I lubricate it with some oil. As for the steaks, i take advantage of rib eye, yet no enormous diff with TBone, I somewhat have them min 3/4" thick properly marbled, all I do is season with sea salt and pepper, onto the grill, lid down, I provide them 4 minutes and turn them over, lid down for yet another 4 minutes and rancid the come. you are able to need them carried out slightly extra, if so flow 5 minutes each and every area. in difficulty-free words turn the steaks over once. do no longer shop beginning and closing the lid in the course of the cooking, in difficulty-free words to expose them that when.

the best way is to cook it on a cedar plank. you soak the plank for about 4-6 hours and stick it on the grill, then put the fish on the plank. You need to heat the grill to about 400 degrees then put the plank on with the fish. Won't take long after that, just keep an eye on things. I think that you would really enjoy the flavor of the fish

Dump the propane and use charcoal. Tastes much better. Regardless, sprinkle a little cajun spice on it.
