I'm quite shy, but I used to be worse when I was in my teens.

There was one time when I liked this girl and she liked me, people told me she liked me and looking back it was pretty obvious to be honest, but we were both shy and so nothing came of it.

Shame that neither of us had the guts to make a move, she was a really nice girl.

when ever you feel ready is when the right time is, but yeah while 18 mo is too long, i give you respect for waiting until you two arent working together, it can cause all kinds of problems wether you see them now or not, but 18mo make a move if your really feeling him, makeing a move doesnt mean you have to sleep with him, hell go to the movies, hey im getting ready to leave the office and i was gonna try this new resteruant you wanna join me? shyt you may be waiting for nothing, or something may be waiting for you - good luck

18 months is over a year. This isn't a baby you're raising heere... a 'long time' is probably 15 days.

Ask him if he fancies a drink down the pub at Friday lunchtime, time to bite the bullet!

Do not rush it. The time will come when the both of you feel it. Remember, good things come to those who wait.

If it's been 18 months he probably doesn't think you're interested.

Ask him out now, I don't think you could go any slower.

talk about it first with him, like make a game out of it: put strips of paper with questions in a bowl and see if he will answer them.
