What you need to do is clean the sheets and pillow cases in the washer and dry them on high heat, if you can buy some of the furniture spray that is sold separately at pharmacies, if you cant afford these sprays then make sure that you vacuum the mattress well, You need to vacuum the carpet in that room also. Look for raised, itchy bumps, that generally in areas that generate alot of heat i.e. armpits, waist .....if you think that you may have them call your physician to be evaluated.

well i would say no but if ur friends with the person its kinda hard to say no u cant come in but then again lice is a pain in the *** to get rid of besides you hair alone u gotta wash everything.. so id try to tell them to take care of the problem first as nicely as i could

Your going to have to strip off all bedding, wash all towels at 90oc. Wash anything that has come into close contact. Hoover matresses, carpets and curtains. Failing that call in rentokill

Disenfect the whole house and sterilise everything they came into contact with if you don't want to take the drastic action of burning it all.

Clean all bedding with Lysol Concentrated Disinfectant. It's a liquid you can use in the laundry.

WASH everything that you think the person might have used ALL BED COVERS DO A HUGE WASHING AND DISINFECT EVERYTHING. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS USE A MATTRESS COVER (.PLASTIC) IF PEOPLE ARE STAYING THIS WAY YOUR SPARE THE MATTRESS SOMEWHAT.
