Did you use soap or shaving cream when you shaved? If not, this may be why. Put some anti-itch cream

always use relatively new razors when shaving anywhere, especially your underarms which appear to be extra sensitive. use a moisturizing deoderant and use shave gel even when shaving the area. i get this sometimes too and i agree it's really annoying!! it's also kinda awkward to be in public and have to scratch your armpit haha this may not relate to you, but sometimes washing detergents can affect sensitive areas of skin such as your arm pits...just a thought really. try moisturizing the area more and take time shaving it.

When you shave it irritates the skins. try shaving with the hair the against and finally back with. before you put on deodorant put a little lotion on let it dry and then go on as normal if itching continues consult your doctor

might be some ingrown hair, but the only way to get rid of that is to just let it gro until it breaks the skin. could also just be the fact the hair is growing back out. it always itches. maybe try some goldbond medicated itch powder

after you shave your under arms as soon as possible use your deodorant it stops the itching and chaffing just like men use their after shave to keep their face from breaking out.

It may not be your shaving at all. My boyfriend gets yeast infections in his armpits, of course he doesn't shave there, but I thought I'd mention it cuz it makes his armpits itch like crazy.

I had that problem, but I started to use Dove deodorant, and the extra moisturizer in it helped I think you can go to www.dove.com and request a sample.
Good luck!

It might be to do with the deodrant you use. Try changing it to see if it helps
