I wont be doing any time for these crimes since i did not commit them. Here's some free advise for you: Don't pick up the soap from the shower floor and never witness anything.

Depends on the state you are in when the charges are brought. The aggravated battery I would think would be the more serious of the two & two counts of if??? YIKES!!! You may be looking at maybe, what 7-12 years??? Total.... Again depending on the state you are in...
