What kind of dressing do the teriyaki places put on their salads? I love the flavor. Can I buy it in stores?

Try mixing english mustard,brown sauce, tomato sauce, white wine vinegar & honey.Use as a dressing or marinade.

Here's a sauce that you might be able to use as a dressing...
"Teriyaki Sauce"
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic; crushed
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

make your own using chill (according to your own taste), brown sugar, lime juice (a few drops) and soy sauce. This is a very simple recipie, look on the net to find variations.
