it depends on the sentence.
take the "you" out of the sentence to see which you should use.
e.g. I am going to the park = You and I are going to the park
He gave a present to me = He gave a present to you and me.
So you use you and me or you and I depending on whether you would use "I" or "me" if "you" was taken out of the sentence.
Hope this helps.

Depends on what you want to say. If the "you and X" is part of the subject, it should be "You and I," as in "You and I will go to the museum today."
If this is going to be part of the predicate, it will be the object, and you will need to use "you and me," as in "John agreed to go to the party with you and me."
The simplest way to find the right word is to remove "you and..." Does the sentence sound better with I or me? For example:
I will go to the museum today.
Me will go to the museum today.
Which sounds better?

You can work out which one to use if you remove the other person from the sentence. For example, news reporters say, "its goodbye from (John) and me." You would say me because you would say "goodbye from me."
You say "I" in a sentence like, "Frankie and I are going to town." Without the other person it would be "i am going to town."
Hope this has helped, although i didnt explain it that well!

It depends on the sentence it is being used in. To know for sure, take out the "you and" part of the sentence and see if "I" or "me" makes more sense. For example if the sentence is "You and * are going to the movies" you would take out the "You and" and "I (am) going to the movies" makes more sense so it would be "You and I are going to the movies". Or, if the sentence was "They are sending that to you and *" and you take out the "you and" "They are sending that to me" makes more sense so it would be "They are sending that to you and me".
