Since you probably refer to Greek Macedonia (The birthplace of Alexander the Great) the answer is no. There aren't any.
And as far as I know there weren't any in the ancient times!
Zoroastrianism was the official religion of the Persian Empire (and still is worshiped in some parts of Persia).
On the other hand, ancient Macedonia (the authentic one in Greece) being a Greek kingdom was a mortal enemy of Persia. It would have been impossible for a Greek state to worship an enemy’s religion!
As a conclusion we can say that (as far as the historical evidence) there weren’t any worshipers of Zoroastrianism in the ancient Greek kingdom of Macedonia and still there aren’t any in Modern Greek (authentic) Macedonia.
(This answer is for the authentic Greek Macedonia not for the modern Slavic/Albanian state that uses the same name and has no relation with the history of ancient or modern Greek-Macedonia)
