Don't stay on the computer for too long. (depression can set in). There is a correlation between depression and those who are on the interenet for long periods of time. Stay on no more than a half an hour. Go outside and get some fresh air. Socialize with friends. Go to church. Exercise like that first person suggested! I think that was an excellent suggestion.

I am no doctoor but I trained as an Aromatherapist using the essential oils made form various plants and barks etc. Some such oils can uplift a persons mood simply by being applied to the body in an oil or lotion or by merely having a few drops sprinkled on a tissue and inhaled If you have a nice memory as I do I loved the smell of my Grandma's skin and she used flowery soap and talcs. When you smell these scents they can calm you and help the world seem better for a while . But ASK YOUR DOCTOR first and ask him/her to look into it for you first as it's not a good idea to just mess with these oils without knowledge ok good luck honey

Work out at the gym or go for walks, bikerides. Anything you can do that uses physical enegery is great to boost your moral! It makes your endorphines kick in and makes you feel better as a whole. Also boosts your esteem when you look good. Take it from me.

Hey. It happens. What meds are you on. You might need a different kind or a higher dose... Is there anything you enjoy doing? I deal with my depression through myspace.. i leave funny comments and talk with my friends on there and it really helps..

i dunno- but it sounds like shopping spree- !!!! get your nails done, buy some new clothes, get your hair done!! Is there something you've always wanted?? Believe it or not but when a woman thinks she looks good, for some reason it makes her feel better- Dont make a habit of shopping, but definitely splurge!! Find a date- meet a guy or 2 maybe 3 who knows!!

Also, join a group at your local hospital. It is very informative,
and fun. Plus you will meet a lot of other people in your situation.
good luck
