i back roll my primer and finish coat,seems the more coats i put on the worse it gets,and its only with this certain sheetrocker that i have this trouble,i am on a brand new home and the ceilings look bad,ive even reprimed thinking it was my fault and still no luck!

Is the mud completely dry? what is the rocker mixing with mud to texture, maybe something other than just water? what kind of primer are you using? you may want to switch brands of primer, or try putting the primer on a little thicker/thinner to get a more even prime coat. the only other thing is to get the manufacturers rep involved. go to the paint store you buy from, and ask them to get the rep to look at teh job site.
