good foods to help my weight lose...please read my post about loosing weight over the winter...any food that mighht help that along a little more?

Along with a varied diet of those things, compliment your eating plan with a well-balanced exercise schedule (such as cardio 2 times a week, and strength training 3 times a week; 30 minutes each session.)

Once you start kicking off with your diet and exercise program, it's only a matter of weeks before you come to your ideal weight.
