I do believe that God is omnipotent. He sees and knows all. I do, however, have a theory on that. God has given us free will meaning we make our own decisions and chose our own paths. I believe that God knows exactly what will happen no matter which path we chose. For instance if you are struggling to find a solution to a particular problem, He knows what will happen if you do the "right" thing and what will happen if you chose the "wrong" thing. But ultimately the Will of God can never be avoided. It's hard to explain because we are not capable of understanding the mind of God. The Bible tells us that His ways are above ours and so are His thoughts above our thoughts. We will never be able to fully comprehend the mysteries of this world...well not yet anyway. In time, all things will be revealed! So be encouraged!

Yes because before you do you think about it and as soon as you think God knows. Even if you do without thinking still when you start to move to do that God knows. Rather he provides the energy to the body to move to do that and he provides the brain with the chemical to Think.
In Bhagavad Gita 15.15, it is said by God that,
"I am seated in everyone’s heart, and from Me come remembrance, knowledge and forgetfulness."
