God is God, God doesn't reproduce, and it one of a kind. Male and Female are used the depict the sexes of species that reproduce.
God is more like an It.

Here people differentiate Male and Female based on their Body and organs. But that is not the way in Spiritual Realm
According To Vedic Literatures, In Spiritual terms, Male means the master or the Enjoyer and female means the servant or Enjoyed. So according to this terminology, God is the only male or master and we all living entity are Female of Servitors.
But here on this planet every one is trying to become God or Male. Those who have male bodies as well as those who have female Bodies.. Every one is trying to be master or God.. Only a few are actually trying to serve God..
