You are looking at your Complete Blood count that incl. the differential part of the white blood cells.
Mono - Monocyte

neut - Neutrophile granulocyte ( neutro means does not stain red or blue)

There should be also listed Lymphocyte, Eosinophile, Basophile

mono is to check for mononucleosis, it can be positive or negative, neut could be neutrophils, concerned or not depends on the results, good luck
