I want 2 Distille oil from plants. Useing things found in the average kitchin?

I am not thinking about oil 4 cooking more 4 essential oils 4 example Lemon oil is an insect repelant

Either mash in a pesel & mortar or liquidise in a blender - then use warm water or for the BEST results PURE alcohol as this will remove the oils from the plant matter - then either pour off the oil / suck up with a syringe and/or distill / evaporate the alcohol.

I'd use a pressure cooker as a basis for a still. Remember oil floats on water - so maybe liquidising your ingredients and letting them stand will make the oil float to the top?
